Plein Air Painting

Alright so for this week I decided to draw the tree's that are in front of my house.

I decided to paint these four trees because I really think that it's cool and weird that only the short tree in the middle has chagened colors and the three taller trees are still green.

So I decided to paint the sun setting in the sky behind my house. So I there's a bay about I'd say 5 or more miles behind my house and just behind the bay there are mountains. So I figures that along with all the clouds in the sky that were turning that beautiful pink and orange that I'd paint the bay and mountains as well to make it look like a real sunset type painting.

This is....was supposed to be my grandma.....needless to say drawing/painting people is not my forte.  :P
