So I decided to paint the sun setting in the sky behind my house. So I there's a bay about I'd say 5 or more miles behind my house and just behind the bay there are mountains. So I figures that along with all the clouds in the sky that were turning that beautiful pink and orange that I'd paint the bay and mountains as well to make it look like a real sunset type painting.
I really don't know what picture you were looking at, but I think that if you lightened up the mountains and added some blue to them, it might make them look like they are more in the distance. I really like the color you chose for the sun.
ReplyDeleteI think if you blended the colors in the sky together a little better it would look a bit better. Also adding a little more detail/definition to the mountains and foreground might bet good too.
ReplyDeleteVery cool, it kind of gives this image a Middle Eastern or Mediterranean feel. I really like this a lot, I think it is an original style.
ReplyDeleteI like how deep the color of the sun is. To make this better I would blend the sun out into the sky. After all, when the sun sets you don't really see just a hard circle.
